My name is Kimberly Oen
Breathing through Birth is dedicated to providing expectant and new mothers with comprehensive prenatal and postnatal wellness care. My services include Birth and postpartum doula, HypnoBirthing® childbirth education, lactation counseling, core consulting, pregnancy fitness and postnatal care. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to supporting mothers throughout their journey to motherhood and beyond.
Kimberly Oen is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Birth and Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor through Childbirth International. In addition to a HypnoBirthing Educator, she is also trained through Fit for Birth as a Pregnancy Exercise Specialist and Diastasis Recti and Core Consultant.
My Services
As an experienced birth doula, I am here to provide you with emotional and physical support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and committed to helping you have the positive and empowering birth experience you deserve.
HypnoBirthing® childbirth education classes are designed to help you achieve a calm and comfortable birth experience. As a certified instructor, I will teach you techniques to help you relax, manage pain, and trust in your body's ability to give birth.
A postpartum doula supports mothers and families physically, mentally, and emotionally after the birth of their baby. Through breastfeeding support, evidence-based education, and holistic practices I support the mothers’ transition as a new or new-again parent and provide a supported and safe space for her to breathe and heal. A lactation counselor provides you with the support and guidance you need to successfully breastfeed your baby, everything from latching issues to milk supply concerns.
My core consulting services are designed to help you regain strength and stability in your core muscles after childbirth (Birth Doula & Pregnancy Fitness includes core consulting). I work with you to develop a personalized plan that meets your needs and helps you achieve your goals.
My prenatal yoga services are designed to help you strengthen the uterus and pelvic floor muscles while improving circulation and increasing overall comfort during your pregnancy. Three of my five foundations are met in Yoga ~ Breathing, thoughts and movement! Yoga will help you alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and get your glow on!
I offer a variety of private fitness sessions designed specifically for pregnant women. From prenatal yoga to low-impact aerobics, my classes are a safe and effective way to stay active and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
My postnatal care services are here to help you navigate the challenges of the postpartum period. From sleep deprivation to mood changes, I am here to provide you with the support and resources you need to thrive as a new mother.
